It was reported that Christina Hankins was a half-sister to Ellen Hankins, but Christina's mother was also the mother of brother who was born after Ellen. It is posible then that Christina's mother was not Elizabeth or that Joseph Hankins married two different women, both with the first name of Elizabeth. Also it is possible that the oral family history on which the comment was made is incorrect and all three children had the same mother.
